Another Year Wiser?

Today is my birthday.

A day of reflection, for sure. Good Year? Stronger walk with Jesus? Better wife? Better Mom? Better friend? Make a difference? Show Jesus?

To some of these I can answer "yes", some "maybe" while others, with desperation in my voice, I plead, "Please Lord, change me."

Another year of looking forward and putting the past where it belongs. Another year of opportunities to be who He desires me to be. Another year.

Thanks Lord, for another year...
