Our fall schedule is very busy. Our sports of choice include soccer (Nathan), swimming (Bell), and softball (Ryan). And of course living in the capital of OHIO our pastime on the weekend is watching the Buckeyes. We will be running from soccer field, to the pool, then off to the softball field.
Besides the running, do you know what all of these include?
FAMILY!
Yep, family keeps the "ball rolling" throughout the season. It is a harried pace that we keep but I know that we will all be together. Learning everyday. Loving each moment. Always knowing that these times will soon slow down and we will wonder where all the time went.
Lord, I don't want it to end so quickly. I desire to remember that each of these wonderful people in my life are a gift from you and they are pursuing the gifts you have given them. Remind me. Allow me to enjoy every moment and not get caught up in the fast pace but in the time we have together.
