Allan Moore, the son-in-law of Ohio State University President E. Gordon Gee, died at about 4 p.m. today.
He and his wife, Rebekah Gee, were injured July 12 when their scooter collided with a sport-utility vehicle in Bryn Mawr, Pa.
Moore, 31, had been in a coma at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania since the crash. He had suffered abdominal injuries, broken bones and head trauma, and his condition never stabilized. He also was fighting pneumonia.
