Where has the time gone?

Wow, it has been a very long time since I last sat at the keyboard and just spent some time writing. I have missed it but I also find myself intimidated by the whole idea of writing a blog. I enjoy writing but is has been years since I have felt like I have had something to say. And I really have not been one for correct punctuation! Does that matter? After all, my audience is really just me right now!

I need to just sit and write. The blog is Sally on Sports...is that what I focus on or can I somehow interject the many other "loves" of my life.

I love sports. Makes sense that is one of the topics that I would want to express some thoughts. I grew up in a household of sport junkies. It's what I know.

But my other "loves" include my relationship with Jesus Christ. I love the Lord. He is my priority, He is my savior, He is above my love of sports!

Then there are my "earthly loves." My husband, my kids, my friends, my church(es), scrapbooking, music, reading and tennis shoes(!) are all included in this list.

So, do I try to include all of these under the title of "Sally on Sports?" Do I just focus on Sports? Do I focus on all the other? I know that there will be a natural melding of all of this as long as I just make sitting here, during my time, a priority.

That is what I am going to try to do...
